After graduating from Iowa State University Tyler moved back to his hometown to raise his family in Webster City. Tyler is the Broker/Owner of Abens Realty and is carrying on the tradition of first class service his parents Keith and Jo Abens spent 40+ years building in Webster City. Our office is built in the front yard of our family home allowing access to servicing clients. Tyler is a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute). As an instructor teaching continuing education classes for the Iowa Association of Realtors, Tyler is able to stay current with what's new in the world of real estate. Tyler is an active member of the Webster City Rotary Club, a board member for the H.E.R.O. (Helping Entertain and Restore Organization) the non-profit that re-opened and runs the local movie theater and a worship team leader at church. Tyler enjoys playing guitar, golfing and spending time with his family at Lake Okoboji.
Luanne Tanner is a lifelong resident of Webster City and very knowledgeable of the area. She has always been very involved in the community and knows everybody! Luanne loves real estate and has worked hard to become one of the Top-Producers in our market. She is very supportive of Lynx athletics serving as part of the Lynx Sports Boosters as well as actively involved in helping at her church. Luanne is married to Tom Tanner and they have a son named Jordan. Luanne enjoys spending time gardening around her home and sitting around bonfires on Saturday nights!
Bev is a lifelong Webster City resident with 40+ years experience as a real estate agent. She is married to Earl Stewart and they have 2 children, Layne and Dawn, 4 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Bev is an RSVP volunteer and has been a pen pal with middle school students for 10+ years. Previously, she has been the Sunset Heights PTA President, Friends of Kendall Young volunteer, WC Women's Bowling Association Secretary and Hall of Fame Member as well as volunteering at many different school activities involving her children and grandchildren. During her spare time Bev enjoys family time, visiting Branson, concerts, cook-outs at their cabin near Stratford and reading.
Tami joined Abens Realty in March 2016. She brings 7 years of experience as a mortgage loan officer as well as a formal degree in Real Estate and Land Use Economics from the University of Nebraska. Her extensive knowledge of the real estate process and attention to detail complements the amazing team at Abens Realty. Tami has served as President of the Kendall Young Library Board of Trustees and volunteers in Youth Ministry at Asbury United Methodist Church. As former Chamber of Commerce Director in Webster City, Tami has first hand knowledge about Webster City, its businesses, amenities and people. Tami is married to Andy Hejlik and they have a daughter and a son. She enjoys running on the beautiful Boone River Trail and enjoying the sights at Briggs Woods Park.
Bev just achieved the 25 year mark with Abens Realty and is very appreciative of the relationships she has built with past clients. She enjoys helping seasoned and first-time home buyers/sellers with buying and selling property. She takes time to listen to their wants and needs and patiently walks them through the entire process. Bev grew up on a farm outside of Jewell and has spent her adult life in Webster City. She has been active in various community organizations and currently spends the majority of her volunteer time with Relay for Life of Hamilton County. You will see Bev and her husband riding their Doodle Bugs in area parades during the summer. She is eager to help you and strives to make sure every real estate transaction is a fun and enjoyable process for everyone involved.
As a recent graduate from South Hamilton High School Aliya is thrilled to get into the real estate business. In High School Aliya was a 4 year member of the South Hamilton Dance Team where she learned the value of getting things done with a smile on your face, the importance of communication and time management. During those 4 years Aliya also organized multiple fundraisers, volunteered at Jewell Jubilee and sent care packages to assisted living centers. Growing up in a large family Aliya has always appreciated the value of hard work and dedication, She recognizes the value and trust her clients place in her and strive to meet their expectations. Aliya also works at Bomgaars and Murray McMurray Hatchery while volunteering at Webster City Church Of Christ and Beacon of Hope in Fort Dodge. In Aliyas free time she enjoys frisbee golfing, biking with her family, fishing and kickboxing.
Becky has been in real estate for 40+ years. Concentrating on residential and ag properties, both listing and selling. She has lived in Webster City her whole adult life. She has 2 children, Heather Fortune Vestweber and Jamie Fortune, and 3 grandchildren. Becky enjoys her horses and dog, walking, reading, and working with all of the people she has met through her real estate career.
